Missouri State Baseball Set To Play Blue Jays

Posted by MOBN at 29th September, 2008

On Tuesday, September 30th the Bears will scrimmage the Ontario Blue Jays, a Canadian high school select team of 2009 and 2010 graduates. The contest will begin at 3:00 p.m. at beautiful Hammons Field (front gates will be open) and admission is free of charge.

With the Bears coming off second place finishes in both the Missouri Valley Conference tournament and regular season in 2008, this will be a great opportunity for Missouri State fans to get a preview of the 2009 squad in action and to see some of the finest high school baseball talent that Canada has to offer.
