University of Central Missouri Baseball has released the date for the Fall 2008 “Stars of Tomorrow” baseball camp. The camp will be held on Sunday, October 25th at Crane Stadium/Tompkins Field, one block west of the Multipurpose Building on the campus of the University of Central Missouri, in Warrensburg, Missouri.
Evaluations and instruction on pitching, hitting, and defense will be emphasized and conducted by University of Central Missouri coaching staff and other area college coaches. Players will participate in a “pro style” tryout, primary position drills and live games. Players will also receive a short/concise evaluation at the end of camp.
The camp will have a limited number of participants. Only 60 campers (24 pitcher, 28 position players, & 8 catchers) will be taken per camp session, therefore, we recommend pre-registration to ensure an opportunity to participate under the direction of all of our coaches.
Please click the link below to fill out the pre-registration form and submit on-line. However to complete the registration process, you must make a copy of the completed form and mail, along with a check made payable to: Tom Myers Baseball Camps, MPB 203, University of Central Missouri, Warrensburg, Mo., 64093.
The cost for the camp is $100 and players 15 and older are eligible to attend.
